This session will explain the inherent potential of Millennials to assume leadership positions in any community, and especially in churches. It will provide direction on how to harness that potential to identify and develop strong leaders from among this age group. (September, Length TBD)
9. Vocational Discipleship: Tapping current leaders to reach the next ones
This session will identify the next great frontier of young adult ministry—using the skills and career experiences from within your congregation to training and mentors for the Millennials in your church and community. We will explore how your church can help this age group develop a unified philosophy of work and ministry. (October, Length TBD)
10. Managing Change: Communicating across constituencies
Of course change is hard. This final session will identify communication strategies for energizing your church’s staff, lay leadership, volunteers, Millennials, and even parents around a shared vision for your ministry to this age group. (November, Length TBD)
