so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”

This Is Why God Made Me

Searching for his own identity as a student, Woodberry decided to take a mission trip to West Africa in 2001. What did he discover there?  How does this discovery change him and help him to find his identity as why God made him?

More Than One Aspect

Woodberry spent more than 20 years in his work to find out the impact of missions on global democracy.   His journey went across a wide range of disciplines: youth in a church, college, graduate study, short term mission, and professional training (political science, statistical analysis, etc).  Please discuss how all these aspects came together in his pursuit of how God can use him and his talents.  What are the keys in his journey we can learn about this convergence process?

Impacting his Peers for Christ

This is a statement from one of his peers who is not a Christian.

"I'm not religious," says Grier. "I never felt really comfortable with the idea of [mission work]; it seemed cringe-worthy. Then I read Bob's work. I thought, Wow, that's amazing. They left a long legacy. It changed my views and caused me to rethink."

Please discuss why his peer(s) were impacted by his work.  “Be missional” is more than just “preaching the words”.  It can be a collective work of one’s life and professional work together.  A concept about market place ministry for the kingdom of God.  We encourage you to excel in your field of callings with a clear kingdom vision and daily impact to those around you.
